Augustinus Bader Lives Up to the Hype

Maybe you’ve seen the blue bottles all over Instagram or you’ve heard the beauty-obsessed crowd raving about this $265 cream. I’m here to tell you The Rich Cream is worth every penny. I’m extremely discerning and picky when it comes to moisturizers and they don’t necessarily have to be “luxury”. I’m still using many drugstore brands since high school because they work. Augustinus Bader The Rich Cream makes me so happy… haha I mean it, an instant mood enhancer for my face. I like it because it’s the perfect consistency (light-weight rich), soaks right in and leaves my skin supple and plump. Skin is instantly hydrated and glowing. The scent is almost non-exisistent (which I appreciate) and the tiniest amount goes a long way. What really sets this moisturizer apart is the lasting hydration and the way your skin is left more bouncy.

The Rich Cream uses the brand’s patented Trigger Factor Complex TFC8 (a mix of omega-6 fatty acids, antioxidants and nourishing essential oils like avocado, argan and evening primrose) and is the result of over 30 years of clinical research. TFC8 acts as a “toolbox” providing the skin all that it needs to repair itself from the effects of aging such as fine lines, wrinkles and loss of elasticity.

I like to use it as an eye cream, an all over cream in the winter, or on the cheekbones and temples for an extra glow… it really does it all!
